I met with the leaders of each of our ministry teams this past weekend in a long, full-day meeting on the status and future of our church<\/a>. I’d have to say that it was probably one of the best meetings I’d ever been a part of.<\/p>\n

We met together to pray and discuss how we are going to help keep our church healthy for a long time while fulfilling our God-given mission to help people grow in Christ. For 7 1\/2 hours, nine of us did this together.<\/p>\n

We considered our past – how far God has brought us. zaklady bukmacherskie polska<\/a> We looked toward the future – where we believe God wants to lead us.<\/p>\n

We laughed…a lot.<\/p>\n

We learned together, worked together, and learned to work together. We were able to speak boldly (and maybe a little brashly once or twice) on things that we are passionate about.<\/p>\n

I love the fact that people could strongly agree on one matter and then just as strongly disagree on the next. That’s a sign of a healthy team. Not one of them is just along for the ride. gra automaty online<\/a> <\/p>\n

These are the people I consider my staff. I can’t pay them a dime, but they spent their day discussing how to advance God’s kingdom through Oak Tree Community Church.<\/p>\n
