As of Saturday&#8217;s listening:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>we are over one-third (35%) of the way through by days (14 of 40)<\/li>\n<li>we are 28% through the chapters (73 of 260)<\/li>\n<li>we are just over one-tenth (11%) through the books of the New Testament<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Micah:<\/strong> God told Jesus what to say<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nathan:<\/strong> This is the only book so far that has done more than just mention Philip<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saralynn:<\/strong> Jesus was alive before John, even though John was born first<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dan&#8217;l:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I wonder what kind of relationship John and Jesus had growing up (since they were <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=luke%201:36;&amp;version=46;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">relatives<\/a>); John obviously <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=john%201:32-34&amp;version=46\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">didn&#8217;t know<\/a> that Jesus was the Messiah<\/li>\n<li>&quot;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=john%201:46;&amp;version=46;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Come and see<\/a>&quot; requires that there is something to see. <strong>If you invite someone to see Christ, he had better be able to be seen. <a href='https:\/\/getmindlab.com\/31339148\/'>\u0644\u0639\u0628\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0628\u0648\u0643\u0631<\/a> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>I think momma needed to cut some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=John%202:3-5;&amp;version=46;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">apron strings<\/a> and let her baby go<\/li>\n<li>Think about this: if a teacher of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=John%203:10;&amp;version=46;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Old Testament law should have understood<\/a> about Christ, then we should be able to find him all over the Old Testament law, and we can.<\/li>\n<li>I had never thought of the Samaritan woman using a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=John%204:11-12;&amp;version=46;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">condescending tone<\/a> of voice<\/li>\n<li>This is what we want to do &#8211; move people from just believing our word to actually <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=John%204:42;&amp;version=46;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">experiencing Christ<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=John%205:1-6;&amp;version=46;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How many sick people did Jesus walk past<\/a> and step over in order to heal just one man?<\/li>\n<li>This is a great explanation of the inner workings of the godhead, the trinity &#8211; the Son does <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=John%205:19;&amp;version=46;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nothing on his own<\/a>, but he has been given the authority to give life to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=John%205:21;&amp;version=46;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">whomever he wants<\/a>. &quot;Trinity&quot; is good, but &quot;tri-unity&quot; is better.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do our actions show others that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=John%205:36;&amp;version=46;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">God has sent us<\/a>?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here are the stats so far for our Listen program (for you numbers people).
