First, the stats.<\/p><p>In March of this year I started using new tracking software to find out lots of cool things about you, my loyal readers. I hope this blog helps you grow in your relationship with God.<\/p><p>In order to do my best to make that happen, here are my <strong>Top 3 blog goals<\/strong> for this year:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Write more regularly.<\/strong> I have a hard time being consistent here. There are times when I\u2019m posting once or twice a day, and others when I go a couple of weeks with nothing. While I may or may not write more posts than I do now, I want to post on a more consistent basis. <em>(Don\u2019t forget to subscribe in a <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/feeds.feedburner.com\/2Timothy22\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>feed reader<\/em><\/a><em> or <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.feedburner.com\/fb\/a\/emailverifySubmit?feedId=1109586&amp;loc=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>via email<\/em><\/a><em>.)<\/em><\/li><li><strong>Answer more questions.<\/strong> I am most comfortable and in my zone when sitting around a table discussing the Scriptures and answering questions from genuinely interested people. While there are limitations on a blog, I want to be able to do the same here. So, like the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.danielgoepfrich.com\/category\/book-reviews\/\">Book Reviews<\/a>, I\u2019ll be adding a new page to the menu that will list my answers to any questions you submit. You can <a href=\"http:\/\/www.danielgoepfrich.com\/contact\/\">contact me with questions here<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Get back to teaching.<\/strong> I started this blog with the purpose of using it to teach the Scriptures. Over time I have gotten away from my observations on biblical passages (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.danielgoepfrich.com\/tag\/jeremiah\/\">Jeremiah<\/a>, for instance) and into other things. While the new stuff isn\u2019t bad, it\u2019s not the main goal. So you\u2019ll find more writing about the biblical text itself this year.<\/li><\/ol><p>I pray that you\u2019ll find this to be an increasingly useful resource for study and personal growth for another year. <strong><em>Thank you all!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Happy birthday to me!
