You can use the nicer weather and additional daylight (in the morning or evening) to spend a little time outside, in a park, at a coffee shop &#8211; anywhere &#8211; studying God&#8217;s Word.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-sword.net\/downloads.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.e-sword.net\/images\/download.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"160\" height=\"58\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I have long been a fan of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-sword.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">e-Sword Bible software<\/a> for several reasons. <strong>First, it&#8217;s FREE!<\/strong> And not just the base package either. In addition to the software itself, you can get:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>over a dozen English Bibles (plus <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">a bunch<\/span> of other languages) &#8211; FREE!<\/li>\n<li>over a dozen commentaries and word study books &#8211; FREE!<\/li>\n<li>over a dozen dictionaries and reference books &#8211; FREE!<\/li>\n<li>thousands of maps and charts in eight collections &#8211; FREE!<\/li>\n<li>over a dozen works on Jewish and church history &#8211; FREE!<\/li>\n<li>five devotional books &#8211; FREE!<\/li>\n<li>and a collection of 100 classic books &#8211; FREE!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s the second thing, too. It includes <strong>a lot of resources in one place<\/strong>. And if those aren&#8217;t enough for you, there are other works in those same categories available for purchase &#8211; newer Bibles, commentaries, and more.<\/p>\n<p>A third reason I like e-Sword is because <strong>it&#8217;s always getting better<\/strong>.\u00a0I&#8217;m really excited to announce that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-sword.net\/downloads.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">version 9 has been released!<\/a> In addition to a few minor updates, it has a redesigned database which makes it faster. It uses screen space better.
